the caliper cylinder wall has to be very clean no scoring //like new
..and the piston (you have new )
you use rubber grease to rebuild the calipers kits (red stuff )

metho /brake caliper cleaner to clean the caliper parts
wet and dry paper helps as well

make sure the bleeder is clean also

you may consider painting the calipers with heat resistant caliper paint
