Not so much... look at the dismal sales of non-GTS HSVs which are spec'd similarly. People expect an awful lot nowadays for 70-80k.

I think Ford may have misread the market. The SSV sells for similar, but has a huge performance deficit. Ford shouldn't be making small numbers of this car. Finally they have a model a lot of Holden buyers would actually leave Holden for.
