this is another rediculous example of governments taking all the power and rights off the people .
it is not the cars fault, if the driver breaks the law. and the govt shouldnt ever have the right to steal a car off it's owner . regardless of what the owner does with it .
you can take the owner out of the car . but the car still remains the owners in my books .
