static timing the old clevo to find #1 firing post on the dissy, then putting the leads on clockwise instead of anti clockwise, while trying to run in the cam. same day i put the exhaust manifold gaskets on upside down.
pulling the motor out with the toploader still bolted on and not having a spare yolk to plug the extension housing. used a plastic bag zip tied to it. the bag ripped getting the motor/box out and resulted in about 2 litres of gearbox oil going down the drive.
