springs are the most forgotten about part on a car when it comes to replacement.
Its actually the shockers that control the 'bounce' of the car. If the shocks are stuffed the car will bounce, not if the springs are stuffed.
When springs are stuffed they tend to sag...look at a lot of stock XF's, heaps of them are a lot lower in the back end, this is due to sagging.
